Mango Sago - Mango coconut tapioca pudding

Ingredients (Serving 4):

  • 1,5 L water
  • 50 g small tapioca pearls
  • 1 can Mangoes pulp or (2 -3 frozen/fresh mango)
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk or honey (for vegan)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g White jelly powder
